The Thirsty Camel online store operates alongside their website to make switching between the two quick and easy.
Currently online shopping is available for metropolitan South Australian and Northern Territory customers, with the roll-out moving to other states later this year.
Myfoodlink also produced the smartphone and tablet shopping application to accompany their current online sales.
Thirsty Camel customers readily adopted the option of online shopping, particularly the availability of the smartphone app.
The team at Thirsty Camel offer click & collect and delivery options, with customers able to collect their order 60 minutes after shopping online or have it delivered to their door. They have used the Myfoodlink Delivery Matrix to offer convenient and flexible delivery options for their customers, with excellent results.
Thirsty Camel work with Worldsmart to provide their POS solutions, which allowed seamless integration with the Myfoodlink system and allowed them to go online and start taking sales quickly. Day to day, this integration allows for correct management of product data and accurate sales information.
